Job Description

The Client Relations Coordinator is responsible for maintaining strong relationships with existing accounts through customer service follow-ups. This role ensures that clients feel valued and that their needs and concerns are prioritized. Performance is evaluated based on building and maintaining positive client relationships, understanding needs, onboarding support, documentation, site surveys, managing client performance feedback, timeliness, and perceived value.
