Job Description
- Valkyrie Enterprises is seeking a Enterprise Operations Intern in Virginia Beach, VA. to support quality assurance, safety, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.
- This role provides hands-on exposure to enterprise-level operations, performance analysis, audits, document management, and cross-functional business support.
- Support Valkyrie's quality assurance and safety functions, with a focus on continuous improvement and fostering a company-wide culture of excellence.
- Analyze performance data, corrective actions, and quality trends to identify issues and recommend proactive improvements.
- Measure program effectiveness and support strategic recommendations based on operational data.
- Assist with internal and external audits, certifications, and quality assessments to support compliance and improve operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, senior management, and external stakeholders on special projects.
- Support analytical efforts, communications strategies, and business development activities as needed.
- Maintain and organize internal document libraries to ensure accurate, current, and accessible records.
- Must be currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Quality Management, Safety, Data Analytics, Communications, or a related field.
- Must have strong analytical, organizational, and written communication skills.
- Must have the ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively across departments.
- Must have high attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications; experience with Excel, SharePoint, or document management systems preferred.
- Interest in quality assurance, safety, compliance, business operations, and continuous improvement, preferred.
- Exposure to enterprise operations within a mission-driven defense technology company.
- Hands-on experience supporting quality, safety, compliance, and operational improvement initiatives.

Pay Range: $15 - $22 per hour
