Sales Team Vision:

We are looking for reps to join the team and prove themselves, develop skills, and progress fast in their career. We aim to promote only from within. You need to be able to prove that you can close. Once you do we are looking to promote you further.

What we expect from you:

Responsibilities:

  • High work ethic (Monday-Saturday)
  • Follow our sales process
  • Train with your coach/team daily
  • 150+ Dials per day 
  • Manage your pipeline & follow up properly
  • Admin work for record keeping
  • Be a team player

Requirements:

  • 6 months + experience in an SDR role OR sold products for your own business
  • Self sufficient and able to manage your time
  • Open to learning new sales process
  • Exceptional over the phone (requirement)
  • Excellent communication skills
