About the Role
Join Takeda as a Talent Acquisition Partner, BioLife Clinical Recruitment, where you will support the attraction and hiring of key nursing and physician talent across BioLife’s global plasma center network. You will partner closely with U.S. focused stakeholders while holding accountability for global clinical recruiting strategy, market readiness, and expansion related workforce considerations.
As a Talent Acquisition Partner supporting clinical recruitment, you will collaborate with Talent Acquisition Partners, Hiring Managers, and other key stakeholders in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, demonstrating strong initiative and time management. You will contribute significantly to the success of the BioLife Talent Acquisition team by delivering exceptional customer service and upholding high-quality standards throughout the recruitment process.
How You Will Contribute
- Partner with Global Medical, Quality, and Operations stakeholders to advise on clinical workforce readiness for new plasma center launches and country expansions.
- Support assessment of country and region-specific clinical role requirements, licensure pathways, regulatory considerations, and hiring feasibility in new and emerging markets.
- Apply sourcing technology, CRM platforms, and automation in partnership with Talent Intelligence to proactively build, cultivate, and engage diverse talent communities at scale.
- Develop, implement, and continuously evolve global clinical recruitment strategies for nursing and physician roles, informed by labor market insights, workforce trends, and data-driven planning.
- Lead full cycle recruitment for nurse and physician requisitions across assigned plasma centers.
- Proactively identify talent gaps and build sustainable pipelines aligned to current and future global workforce needs.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and strategic advisor, providing consultation and training to Talent Acquisition, HR, and Operations partners on clinical hiring trends, best practices, and market intelligence.
- Initiate and execute targeted sourcing initiatives and recruitment events, including virtual and in-market strategies where appropriate.
- Partner cross-functionally to support workforce planning, ensure data integrity within TA systems, and drive continuous improvement.
- Champion inclusion, equity, and diversity in global clinical hiring and sourcing.
- Deliver a positive, consistent candidate and hiring manager experience while maintaining high service and quality standards.
- Usual working hours aligned to support multiple time zones: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Global or multi-region experience recruiting physicians and regulated clinical roles required.
- 3-5 years of multi-site or high-volume healthcare or clinical recruitment experience.
- Strong understanding of recruitment tools inclusive of ATS, CRM and other TA technology and sourcing tools.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities, communicate with and influence stakeholders, and manage projects effectively.
As a senior professional, you're adept at solving a range of moderate scope and complexity problems, occasionally referring to policies and practices for guidance. Your work involves analyzing situations and data, exercising judgment within established procedures, and fostering productive relationships internally and externally. You possess solid knowledge of industry practices and contribute to departmental projects and goals, often engaging in frequent internal and external interactions. You may occasionally lead small project teams and provide informal guidance to junior staff, all while working with minimal guidance yourself.
