Job Description
- operating and cleaning the fluid filling and packaging equipment
- cleaning the environment of the filling room
- maintaining sanitary equipment and environment for the packaging of fluid products
- operating fluid filling equipment at a proficient level, while filling products into gallon, half-gallon and single serve containers including milk, eggnog, fruit drinks, juices, teas and water
- operating the CIP and COP systems
- operating the floor cleaner and scrubbing equipment
- disassembling and reassembling fluid fillers and associated equipment for cleaning
- responsible for manual and hand cleaning of casers, labelers, conveyors, fillers, filler parts stackers, walls, drains, empty case conveyors, control panels, and any equipment involved in packaging
- operating and maintaining equipment of the fluid packaging area, including labelers, conveyors, fillers, casers, stackers, etc.
- maintaining accurate written production records
- performing laboratory tests and monitor weight control of product, and
- producing a quality product in a manner that meets Publix and Regulatory standards.
