The Procurement Associate is a critical role in the procurement and supply chain process of a company. Their primary responsibility is to support the procurement team in acquiring goods and services needed for the organization to operate efficiently.

Education:
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a business-related course
Experience:
- 1-2 years experience in procurement, preferably in mill operation
Other Requirements:
Working knowledge in procurement procedures, logistics, and inventory management
Knowledge in feed mill operations
Buying and negotiation skills
Planning, analysis, and good judgment skills
Strong interpersonal relationship skills
High sense of urgency
Integrity and common sense
