Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Senior Cost & Inventory Accountant to join our dynamic finance team at Revvity's US Euroimmun subsidiary operations. This critical role offers the opportunity to drive financial excellence across our innovative US immunodiagnostics business unit while partnering with cross-functional teams to optimize manufacturing operations. This is a hybrid opportunity requiring an on-site work schedule Tuesday through Thursday at our site in Mountain Lakes, NJ.
As a key member of our accounting organization, you'll take ownership of complex inventory accounting processes and serve as a trusted financial advisor to our manufacturing teams. Senior Cost and Inventory Accountant
The Big Picture
The Senior Cost and Inventory Accountant will own inventory accounting activities for the Euroimmun US entity and help ensure accurate, timely financial reporting. This hybrid role partners closely with Manufacturing and other cross-functional teams to support controls, standard costing, variance analysis, and forecasting for site performance.

Own inventory accounting operations, including month-end close, reconciliation support, and journal entries for accurate reporting.
Lead standard costing and variance analysis, including labor/overhead rate planning, excess and obsolescence reserve analysis, and cost performance commentary.
Coordinate cycle counts and physical inventory processes, including reserve calculations and scrap management support.
Support planning and forecasting cycles, including quarterly forecasting and updates to the operating plan based on actual results.
Partner with internal teams and external auditors to execute controls testing tied to Sarbanes-Oxley requirements and ensure adherence to global accounting policies.
Basic qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree AND
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive inventory and cost accounting experience AND
- 1–2 years of experience in financial planning and analysis
Preferred qualifications:
- CMA or CPA.
- Ppublic accounting experience.
- Experience with SAP, Sarbanes-Oxley controls, and advanced Excel skills (pivot tables and lookups).
The base salary range for this full-time position is $75,000.00 - $100,000.00. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for a new hire in this position. The base pay actually offered to the successful candidate will take into account internal equity, work location, and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
Please note that base pay is only one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This range allows for the successful candidate to have an opportunity to progress within the position and develop at our company. This base pay range does not take into account bonuses, equity, or other benefits which may be applicable and are dependent on the level and position offered.
