Job Description
- Monitor industry trends and financial developments to identify opportunities and threats. Synthesize data from securities and exchange commission (SEC) filings, analyst reports, and industry experts to validate market insights across business models and go-to-market strategies.
- Establish automated reporting mechanisms to deliver market insights to leadership, streamlining communication and driving continuous process improvement.
- Develop performer benchmarks to optimize quarterly earnings insights and long-term resource allocation. Lead end-to-end research studies aligned with key organizational growth goals.
- Collaborate with Strategy and Operations teams to define addressable markets and analyze market share to uncover new business opportunities.
- Lead the Cloud metrics council to standardize the governance and external disclosure of key metrics (e.g., Earnings, Google Next). Partner across teams to craft data-backed narratives and provide rapid, ad-hoc analysis for executive leadership.
