The Senior Manager – Digital Platform Operations will be responsible for ensuring operational efficiency of Mutual Fund (MF) platforms through robust technology solutions, Agile delivery practices, and high platform stability. The role focuses on minimizing production incidents, controlling resolution TATs, and delivering continuous improvements through an Agile, user-centric approach.

1. Platform Stability & Production Support

• Own end-to-end platform stability for Mutual Fund digital applications and backend operational systems
• Ensure proactive monitoring, root cause analysis (RCA), and prevention of recurring production issues
• Drive reduction of severity 1 & 2 incidents through continuous improvement and architectural enhancements
• Define and track incident management SLAs, MTTR, and production issue KPIs

2. Operational Efficiency & Digitization

• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency across MF lifecycle (onboarding, transactions, Transaction processing, RTA Feeds processing, reporting, servicing, reconciliations) through technology-led solutions
• Lead initiatives around process automation, straight-through processing (STP), and workflow digitization
• Partner with operations teams to eliminate manual touchpoints and reduce operational risk

3. Technology Solution Ownership

• Act as a business–technology bridge, translating MF operations requirements into scalable digital solutions
• Own functional requirements, solution design validation, UAT sign-off, and production readiness
• Ensure platforms are future-ready, scalable, secure, and aligned to business strategy

4. Incident, Problem & Change Management

• Govern incident, problem, and change management processes to ensure minimal business disruption
• Ensure RCA, corrective actions, and preventive measures are completed within defined timelines
• Drive continuous improvement through lessons learned and post-incident reviews

Domain & Functional Skills

• Strong understanding of Mutual Fund operations, RTA Transaction feeds and lifecycle
• Experience with digital platforms, transaction processing systems, and operational workflows
• Solid knowledge of production support, incident management, and IT service management (ITSM)

Technical & Analytical Skills

• Experience with platform stability monitoring, automation tools, APIs, and integrations
• Hands-on exposure to RCA techniques, performance metrics, and TAT management
• Ability to evaluate solution design from scalability, resilience, and operational risk perspectives

Education & Experience

• Graduate / Postgraduate (Engineering, Technology, Management, or relevant discipline)
• 8-10+ years of experience, with significant exposure to Mutual Fund platforms, digital operations, or financial services technology
