Clinical Nurse Specialist - Neonatal Intensive Care Unit

The NICU Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS) is responsible and accountable for the quality of nursing care provided in the NICU. - Providing policies, procedures, clinical orientation, staff development, mentoring, consultation, and the maintenance of state and national standards of care. - The CNS is responsible for the collection, submission, evaluation and dissemination of required data. - The NICU education plan is developed and implemented in consultation with the NICU Nursing and Medical Directors.
