Overview APEX is the value-based solutions division of Publicis Media. They are a distinct and next- generation global trading entity which identifies new ways to deliver value to clients. Publicis innovative offerings via direct partnerships, principal investments and trade allow clients of all sizes to have custom solutions that deliver tangible business outcomes. The APEX Lead will be responsible for the growth of APEX in Denmark, overseeing the strategic development and execution of the proposition across a range of channels. To be successful in the role you must have an entrepreneurial approach and the ability to build and manage a clear business offering. You will be responsible for developing and delivering a commercial and solutions strategy. To do this you will work closely with your counterparts to understand the business and media objectives of our clients. To do this effectively you will need to build strong relationships with your local key stakeholders and peers and establish clear lines of communications to ensure a seamless, integrated and collaborative working model. As APEX Lead you will work closely with the APEX Regional team, and your peers across the region, to share learnings, best practice, and support on global initiatives, with a particular focus on maintaining consistency in the approach to product frameworks and the relationship with global clients. Responsibilities Build and deliver the go to market and annual business plan for APEX in your market, with a strategic approach to satisfying the market revenue objective. Educate colleagues and clients, both new and existing, on the APEX value proposition. Support and/or coordinate the engagement strategy for key Groupe clients and key local clients for your markets. Develop cross-channel marketing approaches for clients to leverage APEX ad solutions. Coordinate the development of the APEX solutions framework and product catalog for your market Deep understanding of yield and margin management. Support new business initiatives by working alongside Commercial teams in identifying opportunity and risk. Qualifications To succeed in this role, you have 5+ years of experience from increasing levels of responsibility within an agency or media company. You come with a good understanding of the media marketplace and a strong network of connections with key media partners across a variety of channels. To successfully operate in this role, you are a self-starter with a proven track record of top performance measured against business growth and other variables. You have a strong understanding of how to create opportunities to grow revenue with clients and build digital capabilities across the agency. You are an entrepreneurial person with experience in driving commercial growth and developing opportunities in collaboration with existing networks, relations, and consultancies. Thus, you have a considerable business and market understanding, an ability to understand client’s needs, and can deliver innovative solutions that meet those needs. You are a true people person and team player, and you can inspire, and encourage others to successfully lead the growth of APEX Exchange in Denmark and build APEX's position as a core solution within Publicis Media's strategic approach.
