Job Description
As our Manufacturing Engineer, your primary role will be to collaborate with the Manufacturing Engineering team to support product transfers to the best manufacturing location. You will assist with integrating new products and product modifications into production as well as upgrading work instructions and routings. You will devise, implement, and continuously improve manufacturing processes while using Lean Manufacturing principles to reduce waste and standardize production. You will support the Maintenance team with technical troubleshooting and machinery upgrades. This role will work in our Detroit Lakes, MN facility.
