Secure GPT is an internal AXA service that provides secure and compliant access to Generative AI solutions for AXA employees
It enables employees to generate, summarize, translate, reformulate, and correct text and codes for daily tasks related to insurance work
The service ensures data sovereignty and protects against intellectual property loss while compliant with all relevant labor regulations
This team is in charge for product lifecycle and solution maintenance
We are seeking a highly skilled Software Engineer with a focus on Node.JS API Platform Management and Features Development to join our team and participate to the operational and development aspects of our Azure GenAI platform, with a specific emphasis on the Secure GPT service
The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the platform's performance, incident management, quality of service, security, and driving the development of new features and enhancements
Main missions Your responsibilities include: Take ownership of service issues and incidents, driving them to resolution, and keeping stakeholders informed throughout the process
Participate in the design, development, and delivery of new features and enhancements for the Secure GPT service
Identify opportunities for improvement in API Operations processes and procedures, particularly in observability automation and customer service delivery, and drive the implementation of these improvements
Serve as a point of escalation for stakeholders seeking assistance with API Operations and ensure a seamless user experience
Troubleshoot and resolve any API-related issues to ensure seamless user experience and high service availability
Ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements related to the Secure GPT service
Collaborate with the broader Secure GPT international team to deliver exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders
Expected skills & experience We are looking for someone with the following experience and skills: Experience At least 5 years of experience in operational or service management roles, with a specific focus on API Operations and Features Development within the Azure environment
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to quickly and accurately identify issues and root causes
Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive, solution-oriented approach
Quick learner, with the ability to rapidly become familiar with new technologies and tools
Exceptional communication and relationship management skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, stakeholders, and a small team of developers
Ability to drive initiatives forward independently and demonstrate leadership
Preferred Qualification: Experience with ChatGPT or other Generative AI technologies
Experience working in a highly regulated industry
Knowledge of data security and regulatory requirements
Proven experience leading a small team of developers in a fast-paced environment
Technical skills Must Have: JavaScript/TypeScript development (Node.js) for the backend GitHub/DevOps experience Experience in API operations and management Competence in monitoring resources on Azure Experience with Azure API application Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) Terraform and/or Bicep for automatic infra deployment Nice to Have: Azure and API certification Familiarity with observability and monitoring tools Soft skills / transversal skills Must Have: Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders, team members, and customers
