The Talent Acquisition Site Program Manager will lead all sourcing and recruiting activities for a critical data center site in Southern continental region. This role blends strategic workforce planning, program management, and hands-on recruiting execution to meet aggressive staffing milestones for both technical and operational roles.
As the primary talent partner for the site, you will manage recruiting timelines, own relationships with internal hiring leaders, external recruiting partners, and workforce development organizations, and represent the company in the local labor market.
