Pilates Instructor
Job Type: Contract / Part-Time
Job Location: Ramstein and Vogelweh Fitness Centers, KMC – Germany
Requirements
The candidate shall have in minimum:
A valid Pilates Instructor certification or equivalent non-U.S. certification translated to English.
A Primary Group Exercise certification (ACE, NASM, or NETA).
Current CPR/AED and First Aid certification.
Solid understanding of anatomy, body mechanics, and core strength training.
Duties
The candidate must:
Conduct Pilates classes focusing on body alignment, controlled movements, and breathing.
Teach participants to strengthen core muscles, improve balance, and develop flexibility.
Provide modifications for all skill levels to ensure safety.
Prepare, set up, and return all class materials and equipment.
Keep class records and report attendance and performance feedback.
