This position is responsible for performing management and engineering duties in the direction of the Traffic Management Division. Assists the Assistant Engineering Director in planning, assigning, and supervising the work of the Traffic Engineering Division. Assists with the preparation of the annual Budget, approves procurements, monitors expenditures, and projects.
