Job summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle EPM Consultant with strong experience across Enterprise Performance Management solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Oracle EPM Cloud applications and a proven ability to lead full-cycle implementations in a client-facing consulting environment.

This role requires a blend of functional and technical knowledge, strong business acumen, and the ability to deliver scalable financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage Oracle EPM implementation projects, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment

• Work closely with clients to understand financial planning and reporting processes, providing recommendations for optimization and best practices

• Design and configure Oracle EPM modules such as Planning, Financial Consolidation and Close (FCCS), Account Reconciliation (ARCS), and Profitability and Cost Management (PCMCS)

• Develop business rules, calculations, and data integration processes using tools such as Calculation Manager, Data Management, and EPBCS frameworks

• Support data integrations between EPM and ERP systems (Oracle Cloud ERP, legacy systems, etc.)

• Create and maintain financial models for budgeting, forecasting, workforce planning, and long-range planning

• Develop dashboards, reports, and ad hoc analysis tools for finance and business users

• Provide technical guidance on metadata design, data flows, and system architecture

• Develop and maintain project documentation, including functional specifications, test scripts, and user guides

• Conduct user training sessions and support change management efforts to ensure successful adoption

• Troubleshoot system issues and provide ongoing post-go-live support

• Support quarterly updates, enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives across EPM platforms

• Stay current with Oracle EPM Cloud innovations and industry best practices

Preferred Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience implementing Oracle EPM solutions

• Strong experience with one or more EPM modules (Planning, FCCS, ARCS, PCMCS, or Tax Reporting)

• Hands-on experience with business rules, calculations, and data integrations

• Experience working in a consulting environment with multiple client engagements

• Strong understanding of financial processes including budgeting, forecasting, and financial close

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

• Ability to travel as required for client engagements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field

• Oracle EPM Cloud certification is a plus

• Must be authorized to work in the United States
