Job Description

The Purpose

Intern (convention de stage)* Support the PR & Communications team in executing high-impact activities for the Paris Flagship and other key projects for the brand

Main Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and executing press events, including Haute Couture presentations, press days, and in-store activations.

• Assist in preparing loan forms, lookbooks and all related press materials

• Organize, plan and coordinate all shooting requests

• Coordinate press release distribution, media requests, and influencer seeding. • Maintain and update press contact lists and monitor coverage.

• Support social media content preparation and community engagement initiatives.

• Help organize VIP appointments, gifting programs, and in-store experiences.

• Provide administrative support for PR reporting, budget tracking, invoices and logistics

Who You Are

• Strong interest in luxury fashion/jewellery

• A minimum of one experience in press or media relations

• Excellent communication skills in French and English

• Highly organised, detail-orientated and proactive

• Ability to work in a fast paced, multicultural environment

*This internship is strictly regulated under French law and forms part of an academic training programme. Applicants must be currently enrolled in a higher education institution and able to provide a valid convention de stage signed by their institution, the intern, and the host company (De Beers London) prior to the start date. The internship is designed for educational purposes and will involve supervised tasks aligned with the candidate’s academic objectives; it does not constitute employment and cannot substitute for a permanent role. The duration, working conditions, and compensation (where applicable) will comply with applicable French internship regulations.
