What You’ll Do
- Perform physical tests on materials and rubber compounds
- Prepare and handle test samples and laboratory equipment
- Support daily laboratory activities and testing schedules
- Work closely with team members and other departments
- Ensure testing is completed safely and according to quality standards
- Help maintain laboratory equipment and keep the workspace organized
- Participate in problem-solving and process improvement activities
- Follow laboratory procedures and support documentation tasks
What We’re Looking For
- Experience working in a physical laboratory, production, testing, or technical environment is an advantage
- Technical diploma is not required (bachelor degree in mechanics or physical is a plus)
- Interest in hands-on technical work and learning new skills
- Comfortable working with machines, tools, or testing equipment
- Good teamwork and communication skills
- Organized, reliable, and able to follow procedures
- Basic computer skills (e-mail, Microsoft Office)
- Commitment to safety and quality
- English communication skills required (Luxembourgish, German, or French are a plus)
- Experience supporting or training colleagues is an asset
