Define the product goal, road map and success metrics for the team such as data analysis and use that to inform product strategy and day-to-day decisions.
Provide cross-functional leadership to a virtual team of analysts, operations, legal, policy, public relations, privacy, infrastructure, developers etc across other product area (core, trust and safety).
Be resourceful in rallying various troops behind a common goal building relationships across the board.
Work with Machine Learning and Platform teams.
Take ownership in solving a real-world problem for Google products.
