Job Description
- Taking ownership of customer issues reported and seeing problems through to resolution
- Maintain optimal level of customer satisfaction and identify all customer issues and recommend appropriate resolution
- Providing 2nd-level support by:
- Researching
- Diagnosing
- Troubleshooting
- Identifying solutions
- Carrying out configurations
- Performing upgrades
- Carrying out migrations
- Following standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams
- Write and maintain documentation
- Experience in day-to-day administration of and maintaining data backup & recovery solution in a production environment.
- Primary Storage : experience with storage products of HPE 3PAR , NETAPP , DELL
- Secondary Storage : experience with Commvault, Veeam Backup & NetBackup
- Fluency in (technical) English (spoken & written)
