Job Description
Position Overview:The Host/Greeter is the first point of contact for guests dining at our outlets and plays a key role in creating a warm, welcoming, and seamless arrival experience. This position is responsible for managing reservations, seating guests efficiently, and maintaining the flow of the restaurant while delivering exceptional service in line with Omni standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests promptly with a warm and professional demeanor
Manage reservations and waitlists using the restaurant system
Escort guests to tables and provide accurate wait time estimates
Maintain an organized seating chart to optimize restaurant flow
Communicate effectively with servers and management regarding guest needs and table status
Answer phones and assist with guest inquiries in a courteous manner
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and entrance area
Anticipate guest needs and resolve concerns with a service-first mindset
Uphold Omni service standards and contribute to a positive team environment
Qualifications:
Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Professional appearance and demeanor
