We are looking for an experienced CRM Solution Architect to design and evolve scalable, secure and high-performing CRM solutions that enable a seamless, data-driven customer experience across all channels. You will translate business and customer requirements into robust technical solutions, ensuring architectural consistency, integration quality and alignment with our digital strategy. Key Responsibilities Design scalable, secure and maintainable CRM solution architectures aligned with enterprise and digital objectives. Define and govern integration patterns between CRM and core systems (ERP, billing, logistics, digital channels, data platforms). Ensure customer data consistency, integrity and GDPR compliance across systems. Provide architectural guidance to delivery teams throughout analysis, design and implementation phases. Review solution designs to ensure performance, resilience, scalability and long-term maintainability. Facilitate architecture reviews and design workshops with business, digital, customer care and IT stakeholders. Support incident resolution, performance optimisation and continuous improvement of CRM capabilities. Promote modern architecture principles such as API-first design, microservices and cloud-native practices.
