Responsibilities:

Job Summary:
1. To ensure smooth production running by maintaining quality of raw material & finished product.
2. To meet target for OEE, Yield, CAPA, Efficiency improvement to reduce cost and increase profitability.
3. To control waste and scrap in order to achieve zero/minimum give away.
4. To comply with company policy and procedure, HSE standard operating procedures and requirement.
5. Other jobs assigned by supervisor.

Job Responsibility:
1. Responsible for daily production running like normal production shift, such as: machine start up, shutdown, maintenance;
2. Responsible for ensuring raw material stock replenishment, manpower arrangement and overtime working arrangement;
3. Responsible for attending break down and solving problem during production run;
4. Responsible for ensuring production quantity and quality, such as: maintaining finished product warehouse stock level;
5. Responsible for producing output result on time to meet customer shipment date;
6. Responsible for reducing wastage and improving yield and efficiency continuously.
7. Other jobs assigned by superior.

Job Qualification:
1. Bachelor degree or above, majored in Textile, Mechanical Engineering & Electrical Control is preferred;
2. More than 5 years’ work experience in textile industry, viscose staple fiber spinning experience is preferred;
3. Good communication skills and teamwork spirit;
4. Strong leadership skill, good at training subordinates;
5. Be able to speak English fluently;
6. Good computer knowledge (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
7. Hard-working, diligent, responsible, honest and reliable;
8. Flexible and willing to take challenges.
