Job Description
- Help model and educate the team on AI building skills and develop workflows that integrate AI tools into the design process.
- Explore and discover opportunities to rethink our ways of working by mixing AI tech (e.g., building agents, automating) with more traditional methods (e.g., figma file hygiene). Partner across disciplines (UX Designer(UXD), content, motion) to evolve a holistic system.
- Work with engineering to align on implementation strategies, improving the transition from design to code and enabling launch-ready UI from prototypes.
- Contribute in other ways as needs shift, in addition to the systems focus, including designing and shipping product features as part of cross-functional projects.
