Customer Experience Liaison - Receptionist

We're looking for a dependable Customer Experience Liaison – Receptionist to support our Madison, WI facility to serve as the front‑desk receptionist and provide administrative support to our team. If you enjoy helping people, staying organized, and keeping an office running smoothly, this is a great opportunity to grow in a professional environment.

Compensation

$18.00 – $20.00 per hour, based on experience.

Work Schedule

Onsite: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

What You'll Do

  • Greet visitors and provide a strong first impression
  • Answer and route calls using a multi‑line phone system
  • Handle mail, data entry, and general clerical tasks
  • Support customer service and internal teams with administrative needs
  • Maintain an organized, efficient front office environment
  • Assist with office communication, scheduling, and documentation as needed

What You Bring

  • 1–2 years of experience in customer service, reception, or administrative support
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced office setting
  • Professionalism and strong interpersonal skills when interacting with visitors and team members
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. when assisting in the sample room
  • Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
  • Ability to handle differing opinions and resolve conflict professionally while upholding The Placon Way
