Director, Electronic Design Engineering

Sr. Director of IC Design Job Description: As part of the product development team within the High Performance Analog division of MACOM, the candidate will supervise the development of next generation product for data transport over copper and fiber in the datacenter and access markets. The candidate will drive the development of new IP, the feasibility studies, the selection of device architectures, the designs execution and schedules as well as coordinate with other cross-functional team during the various development phases from device concept to production release. The candidate will also provide mentorship and work with individual contributors and managers on defining goals for career development and growth.
