The Boxford - Restaurant Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Supervisor / Team Leader to join the team at Boxford!

With spectacular open kitchen view large dining room our vibrant restaurant and bar is the hottest spot for the community.

We Offer:

Rate: £13.70 per hour + Tronc

Shifts: 5 days out of 7

Contract: Full Time / Permanent

About the Restaurant Supervisor role:

• To oversee the day-to-day operations by ensuring that our product and the service we provide are always of highest standard
• To supervise, manage and motivate the team
• To support management team in working towards improving sales and service
• Ensuring high levels of Food and Health & Safety are always maintained

The ideal candidate will possess good food and beverage knowledge in addition to outstanding customer service, and leadership skills.
