Marketing Assistant - Prequalifications
Job Description
As a Marketing Assistant - Strategic Pursuits, your organizational and collaboration skills are put to work. Responsibilities
- Support marketing team members
- Collaborate with teams and members within same marketing department to improve and unify marketing processes and procedures
- Collaborate with teams and members in other marketing departments on special projects
- Promote branding best practices
- Maintaining, writing, creating, and organizing marketing materials including project sheets, resumes, project lists, and related collateral
- Support project team throughout the proposal process including research and development, production, and delivery
- Complete and update prequalification documents, vendor forms, and safety information requests
- Assist with identifying, tracking, and coordinating conferences, event planning, industry, and award opportunities
- Ensure that messages are supportive of and consistent with marketing strategy, deliver content via LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, email, or direct mail
- Conduct market research to keep up with changing demographic and other relevant issues to assist with evaluating marketing and communication activities
- Assist with maintaining and updating database
- Additional research, administrative tasks, and or special projects as needed
Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED required; BS in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or similar preferred
- 1 year of sales or marketing experience preferred, experience in marketing or design in the fields of architecture, engineering, and/or construction would be a plus
