Innovation Project Manager Construction APAC

About this Position Lead and execute multiple innovation programs/projects through Henkel's stage-gate process with cross-functional teams in APAC to deliver significant revenue/profit contribution to SBU goals. Define manage project milestones to ensure alignment with global and regional SBU plans and Inno Strategy - financial business plans, technical roadmaps, customer roadmaps, positioning, risk analysis incl. mitigation plan. Support translation of ideas into innovation projects in line with global guidance and process. What you´ll do Manage entire portfolio of innovation and product development projects in APAC region. Manage, lead and motivate cross-functional project team - build high performing project teams. Ensure full alignment in the regional innovation leadership team and key stakeholders (sales, product development, application engineers, operations, purchasing, etc.) on business priorities, targets, business case, timelines, risk management. Ensure delivery of projects on time and provide proactive, regular, and appropriate communication on status of projects. Identify project risks and define countermeasures. Escalate any delays immediately. Take lead in case of problems and conflicts during project management. Ensure continuous improvement of the innovation process and drive initiatives to increase speed to market. Closely collaboration with the global Innovation Project Manager team to foster best practice exchange and continuous improvement.
