Job Description
We are seeking Production Employees to join our Production Department in Luckenwalde. In this role, you will be part of a cross-functional team where every member is trained to master the entire production cycle. Your entry point will leverage your expertise in GMP-compliant processes and clean room environments. As part of our "One-Team" philosophy, you will also be trained to operate our automated process control systems (PCS7), to ensure team flexibility.
Your Tasks:
- Clean Room Excellence: Working in the clean room in compliance with hygiene regulations; performing sampling and visual inspections.
- GMP Compliance: Ensuring a trouble-free and GMP-compliant production process; careful documentation of production steps according to GMP specifications.
- Documentation & Quality: Monitoring of relevant process and quality parameters; careful documentation of production steps in accordance with GMP specifications.
- System Management: Independent setup, operation, and monitoring of production systems via the process control system (PCS7) and directly on the plant.
- Technical Troubleshooting: Detecting, analyzing, and rectifying faults in the ongoing production process; carrying out minor repairs and maintenance.
Your Profile:
- Background: Experience in operating production or process plants, ideally in the pharmaceutical or chemical industry.
- Quality Strength: Experience in working under GMP conditions or in a clean room; a high sense of responsibility and quality orientation.
- Team Mindset: Hands-on mentality and enjoyment of working directly on the plant in a shift system (early/late/night/holidays).
- Language: Professional fluency in German (mandatory).
