Job Description
- Establish, deliver and maintain product quality standards, metrics, dashboards for HW/consumer products and services, leveraging existing tools and processes or developing new ones.
- Drive continuous improvements throughout the product life cycle, identify and drive projects to achieve generation over generation improvements. Partner with the Early Engagement and Design teams to identify risks in next generation products, and ensure lessons from previous designs are being addressed.
- Lead cross-functional teams on Quality initiatives, deal with ambiguity, build consensus, be an outstanding communicator (both written and verbal), and influence at all levels of the company.
- Lead failure analysis investigation of product issues. Drive cross functional team and track associated workstreams with end to end ownership. Summarize critical findings for broad organizational consumption.
- Advocate for the customer to understand detailed implications of decisions and recommendations.
