Job Description
The Lead Production Associate acts as a liaison between the Production Manager and the staff who work on their assembly line. This position is in a fast paced, order fulfillment atmosphere. This position involves training and coaching production associates, tracking line efficiency on the line paperwork, and escalating issues to supervision. The Lead Production Associate is also responsible for ensuring the team is operating in a safe and clean environment.
