Associate Manager, Channel Operation
Job Description
Manage and optimize rebates/compensation settlement - 40%
- Work with cross-functional teams on commercial policies and communication/training with/on both internal and external stakeholders.
- Calculate rebates and compensations accurately
- Accelerate the settlement processes to ensure timely and efficient financial transactions
- Ensure proper documentation preservation and audit materials are complete and accurate
- Review and report the implementation result periodically;
Channel operational data management - 40%
- Maintain high standards of channel data quality, including master data, sales data, etc. Ensure all data is organized, clean, and audit-ready in compliance with internal control and audit requirements.
- Perform regular data maintenance, validation, and governance activities to support business needs and system reliability.
Rebate System management and post-launch operational service - 10%
- Monitor rebate system performance and provide operational support to ensure stable and effective performance.
- Respond to user inquiries, and provide guidance to system users.
Other tasks relating to channel operation/channel compliance depending on business requirements. - 10%
- Bachelor’s degree required
- At least 5 years’ working experience in channel operation
- Experience in rebate management and channel data management in pharmaceutical or medical device companies is preferred.
- Good communication skills
