Based in Poland, this role supports a global Communications team and works across regions and time zones. The position is well‑suited for someone who excels at coordination, process discipline, and execution—helping teams move faster, work more consistently, and better demonstrate the impact of their work.

What you will be responsible for

  • Provide operational support for leadership communications activities such as town halls and fireside chats, including scheduling coordination, logistics, and follow‑ups.

  • Produce and maintain recurring operational outputs, including biweekly and monthly reports, internal channel metrics, and tracking of communications deliverables.

  • Monitor and triage the internal communications mailbox, identifying issues, themes, and required follow‑ups.

  • Consolidate communications and PR reporting from agencies, including coverage, inquiry, and interview tracking.

  • Create and update decks and presentation materials that communicate Communications and PR performance, results, and impact in an executive‑friendly format.

  • Organize, maintain, and continuously improve a central messaging repository used across Communications to drive consistency and reduce duplication.

  • Support preparation of executive briefing materials by pulling from approved messaging, background materials, and reporting.

  • Coordinate with Procurement and Legal on RFPs, vendor onboarding, contracts, and related documentation.

  • Provide project management support for key Communications planning initiatives, including timeline management and milestone tracking.

  • Update, maintain, and help enforce Communications policies and processes, ensuring documentation is current, accessible, and consistently applied.

  • Contribute to improving operational efficiency, visibility, and execution discipline across the Communications function.

  • Lead the integration of employee engagement and culture initiatives to drive progress and measure impact to business outcomes

Education & Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required

  • 6–8 years of experience in communications operations, project/program management, communications, or a related role

  • Strong organizational skills with demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities

  • Experience supporting cross‑functional, global teams

  • High attention to detail and strong follow‑through
