Do you want to take responsibility for the successful construction of complex laboratory and production buildings? Then join our construction management team.
Explore your tasks and responsibilities
- Leadership and coordination of the construction contractors
- Supervision of construction quality, dimensional accuracy and site safety
- Schedule, cost and risk control
- Quantity verification, variation evaluation and invoice review
- Interface management between the client, designers and the project management team
Show your expertise
- A completed B.Sc. or M.Sc. in civil engineering, architecture or a related technical field is required
- At least 5 years of professional experience in construction management in Switzerland
- Very good knowledge of Swiss standards and regulations (e.g., SIA)
- Experience with construction administration tools (e.g., Messerli, MS Project)
- Experience with Revit/Navisworks is an advantage
- Structured, resilient and communicative working style
- Very good German and English skills
- Willingness to travel within Switzerland
