Objetivo
Garantizar el flujo necesario de los materiales para la producción y su adaptación a la variabilidad de la demanda con apego a las normas aplicables como ISO IATF e ISO 14001.
Responsabilidades:
➢ Elaboración del plan maestro de producción de acuerdo a requerimientos de clientes de Magna
➢ Seguimiento diario al cumplimiento del plan de producción.
➢ Mantener inventarios óptimos en material en procesos
➢ Monitoreo de niveles de inventario de PT.
➢ Monitoreo de coberturas de PT de acuerdo a requerimientos de cliente.
➢ Organización de inventarios
➢ Organización de Kanban
➢ Responsable de monitoreo y aseguramiento de vueltas de inventario de material en proceso
Educación (formación académica necesaria):
Licenciatura en Administración / Ingeniería Industrial o afín.
Experiencia:
• BAAN (deseable)
• Office
• Supply Chain
• Portales de Clientes (automotriz)
Inglés intermedio conversacional
