Your Role as a Transportation Aide
As a Transportation Aide, you will support residents by providing safe transportation and assisting the care team when needed.
Responsibilities Include:
Safely transporting residents to and from scheduled medical appointments
Treating residents and their belongings with dignity and respect
Assisting nursing staff with resident needs as assigned
Maintaining punctuality and professionalism during scheduled shifts
Supporting quality resident care through teamwork and communication
Completing additional duties as assigned by management
Who We’re Looking For:
Must be 25 years of age or older
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
CNA certification preferred, but not required
Dependable, professional, and compassionate team player
Comfortable learning basic technology systems including Outlook and Microsoft programs
Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Strong attention to detail and communication skills
