Location: Canonsburg, PA (100% onsite)
Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 + Annual Bonus + Benefits

Typical Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm (Flexible)

Recruiting Coordinator (Manufacturing) Description

Our client in the manufacturing industry is looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to add to their team in Canonsburg, PA. In this role, you will support full-cycle recruiting efforts for a growing production facility by sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding production team members. The ideal candidate will have experience managing recruiting activities in a medium - high-volume hiring environment and enjoy building relationships with candidates and hiring managers. To be successful, you must be highly organized, able to manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. Recruiting Coordinator (Manufacturing) Responsibilities

•    Recruit production team members for a manufacturing facility
•    Source candidates via job boards, referrals, workforce programs, & community partnerships
•    Conduct candidate interviews and screenings, typically averaging 10–15 interviews per week
•    Coordinate interviews, background checks, drug screens, physicals, and onboarding activities
•    Manage multiple open requisitions while prioritizing hiring needs across departments
•    Partner with supervisors & HR leadership to understand workforce requirements & priorities
•    Provide production floor tours to prospective employees during the interview process
•    Maintain accurate candidate and requisition records within the applicant tracking system
•    Attend local job fairs, hiring events, & vocational school programs 1–2 times per month
•    Support new hire onboarding, orientation scheduling, and employment documentation
•    Ensure a positive candidate experience through professional communication and follow-up
•    Assist with additional recruiting and HR-related projects as assigned

Recruiting Coordinator (Manufacturing) Qualifications

•    1+ years of recruiting experience in a medium-high volume hiring environment is required
•    Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills are required
•    Ability to work 100% on-site is required
•    Flexibility to work occasional weekends or 2nd shift hours for hiring events is required
