- Diagnose, service, repair and sell residential HVAC systems
- Communicate findings and all available options clearly and honestly to homeowners
- Document service calls using Service Titan
- Maintain a clean, safe job-site and a professional appearance at all times
- Operate company vehicles, equipment, and provided resources responsibly and safely
- Consistently meet performance expectations tied to quality, efficiency, and customer experience

- EPA certification
