What You’ll Do:

• Be the go-to welcome point for guests and owners checking in for presentations
• Coordinate and assign Sales Executives to ensure a smooth, organized flow
• Keep daily rotations updated and running seamlessly
• Answer calls and connect guests with the right team members quickly
• Help create a great guest experience by keeping the space stocked and ready
• Coordinate transportation logistics for guests attending presentations
• Support the team with day-to-day operations in a fast-moving environment
