Job Description
IFS’s success relies on a strong and committed partner community. The Partner Manager – Saudi Arabia (KSA) is responsible for building engagement and driving outcomes with local channel and distribution partners in Saudi Arabia—supporting partner-sourced pipeline creation, deal execution support, and partner enablement to accelerate IFS software sales and successful customer outcomes.
This is a hands-on partner role focused on operational cadence, partner activation, and field execution in KSA, working closely with IFS Sales, Pre-Sales, Marketing, and Services.
1) Partner Activation & Relationship Management (KSA)
- Manage day-to-day relationships with assigned Saudi channel/distribution partners, building a predictable engagement cadence (weekly/biweekly operational touchpoints; monthly pipeline reviews; quarterly business reviews as maturity grows).
- Become a trusted “go-to” for partners on how to work with IFS, escalating blockers quickly and coordinating internal support.
2) Pipeline Support & Opportunity Hygiene
- Support regional sales teams by ensuring the right partner is engaged on the right opportunities (partner mapping, capability fit, industry fit).
- Maintain partner-related opportunity hygiene in CRM (stage alignment, next steps, partner role clarity, and accurate partner attribution).
- Assist with partner deal support: enablement for opportunity qualification, proposal readiness inputs, and partner follow-through.
3) Partner Enablement (Commercial + Delivery Readiness)
- Drive partner readiness: connect partners to enablement, training, and go-to-market assets; track progress and nudge completion.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure partners have access to the right tools and programs (including PRM access and onboarding processes).
4) Joint Go-To-Market & Demand Generation (KSA)
- Support execution of joint marketing / demand initiatives in Saudi Arabia (partner campaigns, roundtables, events), coordinating with Marketing and Sales.
- Align partner activity to priority KSA focus industries and key account motions as defined in the KSA investment plan (e.g., O&G, Utilities, Manufacturing
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related discipline (or equivalent experience).
- 7–9 years in partner management, channel sales, alliances, distribution, or ecosystem roles (enterprise software / SaaS / IT services preferred).
- Demonstrated experience supporting pipeline generation and opportunity progression with partners (not necessarily owning global strategic alliances).
- Familiarity working in or with the Saudi (KSA) market, partner landscape, and typical procurement/enterprise buying motions.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination (Sales/PreSales/Marketing/Services).
- Fluent English required; Arabic strongly preferred (or demonstrated ability to operate effectively with Arabic-speaking stakeholders).
- Experience in ERP / enterprise applications and/or digital transformation programs.
