Join our Natus Sensory Team as a District Sales Manager and be part of a dynamic team dedicated to providing cutting-edge solutions to hearing and balance care professionals.Summary:
As the Natus Sensory, Inc. District Sales Manager, you will play a vital role in driving sales of audiologic equipment to hearing and balance care professionals within your designated district. Your focus will be on building and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare professionals in the field, promoting Otometrics innovative solutions, and achieving sales targets to contribute to the growth and success of the company.Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet and exceed sales targets within the designated district.
Build and maintain relationships with hearing and balance care professionals, including independent audiologists, ENT specialists, and large hospital systems.
Navigate the full deal cycle from prospecting to close with the support of the Clinical Applications team
Build value in Otometrics solutions through thorough discovery, solution conversations, product demonstrations, that leads to an agreement to move forward to purchase.
Provide customers with an excellent post sale experience with installation and training supported by clinical applications and field service.
Collaborate with local teams, including service technicians, schedulers, and administrative support, to ensure an excellent customer experience.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns to drive awareness and demand for Natus Sensory's products.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement personally, and more broadly at the company.
Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and events to network with professionals and promote Otometrics products.
Stay up to date on industry trends, regulations, and advancements in audiology and balance care to provide informed recommendations to customers.
All other duties as assigned based on changing market conditions, company, and business needs.
Travel Required Extensive travel up to 90%.Supervisory Responsibilities This position does not have any direct or indirect reports.Qualification Requirements
Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university; or two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Degree concentration preferred in life or health sciences.
Proven experience in capital equipment sales and territory management, preferably in Audiology.
Knowledge of the medical industry, hospital networks, and private practice is a must.
Proven track record of achieving orders targets and driving business growth.
Ability to travel within the designated district and attend industry events as required.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools is a plus.
Must live within the designated territory due to customer base and travel requirements.
