We’re creating spaces where mornings feel easy, service feels natural, and every interaction adds something to the experience. From the first coffee to the last table of the day. It’s all about flow, atmosphere, and attention to detail.

We’re looking for people who bring energy to the floor, read the room effortlessly, and know when to step in and when to let a moment breathe.

Who we’re looking for

Across our kitchen team, we’re building a crew that moves with precision, energy, and pride:

• 👨‍🍳 Sous Chef: The right hand, keeps the kitchen tight, supports the team, and drives service

• 🔥 Chef de Partie: Owns their section, delivers consistency, and keeps standards high

• 🥄 Commis Chef: Eager to learn, quick on their feet, and ready to grow

• 🧼 Kitchen Porter: The backbone, keeps everything clean, organised, and service-ready

Casting Days: 9th or 10th of June in Dublin.
