About the Role

We’re looking for a Paid Social Designer who can turn ideas, insights, and briefs into scroll-stopping ad creatives. You’ll work closely with marketers and strategists to design high-performing visuals for paid social and digital campaigns while maintaining strong brand consistency.

This role sits at the intersection of creative + performance—you’ll design not just what looks good, but what converts.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Design static, carousel, and motion ad creatives for platforms such as Paid Social (Meta, Pinterest, TikTok, AppLovin, Youtube Ads), Email/SMS
  • Translate creative briefs, hooks, and messaging into visually compelling content
  • Create multiple variations of concepts for structured A/B testing
  • Adapt creative to platform best practices safe zones, pacing, aspect ratios, sound/music
  • Partner with the growth marketing team to iterate on creatives based on performance (CTR, thumb-stop rate, conversions, etc.)
  • Collaborate cross functionally to share insights on customers through ad performance 
  • Maintain brand guidelines while exploring new visual angles and formats
  • Prepare, organize, and deliver final assets for launch and handoff
  • Stay up to date with ad trends, platform best practices, and creative styles that perform

 

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience (agency or in-house) designing static content for paid social and paid email campaigns
  • Strong proficiency in design and video editing tools such as Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CapCut, or similar
  • Solid understanding of layout, typography, color, and visual hierarchy and ability to design content with ad performance in mind,, not just aesthetics
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, test-and-learn environment
  • Strong attention to detail and consistency across assets

 

Nice to Have

  • Experience designing ads for e-commerce or DTC brands
  • Familiarity with UGC-style creatives, motion graphics, or short-form video
  • Basic understanding of paid media KPIs (CTR, CPA, ROAS, thumbstop)
  • Experience collaborating with media buyers, growth, or performance teams
  • Exposure to AI-assisted or generative design tools for faster creative iteration
