About the Role
We are looking for a friendly, service-minded Hospitality Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of a professional office environment. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in creating a polished, welcoming experience for clients and colleagues alike.
Salary Range: $50,000 – $55,000 | In-office | Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
What You'll Be Doing
Prepare and oversee catering and beverage setups for meetings, ensuring presentation standards are met before delivery to boardrooms
Manage boardroom bookings and coordinate catering components through the firm's event management system
Keep all boardrooms clean, well-stocked, and in good condition throughout the day, flagging any damages or maintenance needs
Ensure kitchens and common areas are maintained to firm standards, including appliances, supplies, and general cleanliness
Monitor and replenish inventory of food, beverages, and office supplies on a regular basis, placing orders as needed
Liaise with external vendors and maintain professional working relationships
Respond to requests from staff regarding hospitality and office services
Provide reception coverage as needed
Occasional support outside regular hours may be required
