YOUR ROLE: HVAC Installation Lead
As an HVAC Installation Lead, you’ll take ownership of residential and light commercial installation projects from start to finish. You’ll lead a small crew, ensure high-quality workmanship, and deliver excellent customer experiences while upholding Armstrong’s reputation for integrity and expertise.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Lead and perform installations of HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductwork, and related components.
Plan and organize daily project tasks to ensure timely and efficient completion.
Train and mentor installation apprentices and helpers.
Conduct quality checks and ensure all work meets company and industry standards.
Communicate effectively with homeowners, contractors, and team members throughout each project.
Coordinate with office staff to manage schedules, materials, and job documentation.
Ensure all safety and compliance standards are maintained on every job site.
Represent Armstrong Comfort Solutions with professionalism and respect.
