Market Infrastructure Specialist

Drive Rabobank’s positioning across global market infrastructures supporting non-EUR clearing and settlement, influencing systems used for USD and GBP transactions.

You & your role

Translate complex market infrastructure developments into clear actions and decisions for Rabobank as a Market Infrastructure Specialist. You connect internal teams and external partners, assess regulatory and industry change, and ensure Rabobank stays well positioned within evolving clearing and settlement ecosystems through analysis, coordination, and stakeholder engagement.

• Supporting discussions on CLS developments and their impact on FX settlement
• Assessing regulatory changes in USD and GBP clearing infrastructures and translating these into business implications

• Analyse external market infrastructure, regulatory, and industry developments and translate these into actionable business recommendations with clear impact assessments for stakeholders
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration between product, operations, technology, risk and compliance teams to support infrastructure-related initiatives and decision-making
• Build and maintain relationships with external infrastructures, industry participants and partners to strengthen alignment, knowledge sharing and strategic positioning

• Support Rabobank’s strategic positioning by combining infrastructure expertise with business insight, contributing to resilience, governance and innovation in global financial ecosystems.

You & your talent

• Master’s degree level and 5+ years experience in financial market infrastructures and payments
• Experience with CLS, FX settlement or USD/GBP clearing is a plus.
• Knowledge of regulatory and industry developments impacting financial institutions
• Proactive, Structured and strong Analytical skills.
• Experienced Stakeholder management
• Excellent Communication skills
