Qualifications you’ll bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Project Management, Healthcare Management, or related field.
- The availability to work full-time, hybrid in Schenectady, NY
- 3–5 years of experience in project management, PMO, portfolio, or process improvement activities. Experience in healthcare or a regulated environment is a plus.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management tools.
- Understanding of Lean and continuous improvement principles.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail and data accuracy.

Your key responsibilities:
- Supports the execution, governance, and continuous improvement of project and portfolio management practices across MVP Health Care.
- Responsible for owning and maintaining defined PMO processes, standards, and artifacts, and supporting portfolio visibility, and tool enablement activities.
- Works closely with the PMO Lead, this role enables disciplined execution and transparency while exercising independent judgment within established frameworks.
- Partners closely with project teams and stakeholders to ensure PMO processes are consistently applied, data is accurate and reliable, and tools are effectively used to support decision‑making.
- Contributes to continuous improvement through incremental, practical enhancements to PMO processes and reporting.

Where you’ll be:
Hybrid – 4x/week in-office, 1 day remote (Schenectady, NY)
