Administrative Analyst

Job Requirements: 

Completed degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Accounting, or related fields. 

Responsibilities:  

• Issue delivery notes, invoices, debit and credit notes

• Monitor physical inventory, control stock movements, and prepare inventory reports

• Issue and follow up on purchase orders with suppliers

• Coordinate and track import and export operations, including logistics documentation

• Follow up on deliveries to ensure timely and accurate deliver of goods

• Manage accounts receivable, including invoicing, collections, and customer follow-up

• Perform payment reconciliations and resolve discrepancies

• Maintain accurate records in ERP

• Maintain organized physical and digital records of all logistics and financial documentation

• Prepare financial and operational reports
