Job Requirements:
Completed degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Accounting, or related fields.
Responsibilities:
Issue delivery notes, invoices, debit and credit notes
Monitor physical inventory, control stock movements, and prepare inventory reports
Issue and follow up on purchase orders with suppliers
Coordinate and track import and export operations, including logistics documentation
Follow up on deliveries to ensure timely and accurate deliver of goods
Manage accounts receivable, including invoicing, collections, and customer follow-up
Perform payment reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
Maintain accurate records in ERP
Maintain organized physical and digital records of all logistics and financial documentation
Prepare financial and operational reports
